Custom or personalized orders begin processing only after payment confirmation.
3. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Digital files are delivered instantly via email or account download.

4. 🔁 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final — we do not accept returns or cancellations for any digital or custom framed artwork, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.

You must notify us of damage or issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations after 12 hours or once processing has started are not allowed due to the custom nature of the artwork.
