By accessing or purchasing from Art2z.in, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. 📌 General

  • Art2z.in is an online store specializing in digital portraits and framed custom artwork.

  • By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. 🛒 Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • We accept UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

  • Custom or personalized orders begin processing only after payment confirmation.

 

3. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across India for framed artworks.

  • Digital files are delivered instantly via email or account download.

  • Estimated Delivery for Framed Orders:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

    • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping charges apply based on location and product size/weight.

 

 

4. 🔁 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Return Policy

  • All sales are final — we do not accept returns or cancellations for any digital or custom framed artwork, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.

  • You must notify us of damage or issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be processed if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellations after 12 hours or once processing has started are not allowed due to the custom nature of the artwork.

 

 

5. 🖼️ Product Responsibility & Warranty

  • As all products are custom-made, slight color or design variations may occur.

  • We are not liable for any damages caused by mishandling after delivery.

  • No warranty is provided unless specifically mentioned in the product description.
